ANDRE POTTERY STUDIO
At Andre Pottery, all pottery is made on the premises. We have wheel-thrown and hand-built stoneware bowls, vases, pitchers, mirrors and more; in colors of the sea: blues, greens, whites and grays. Peg Andre, Owner/Potter.
Launched in 1978, The Blue Heron Gallery displays a large collection of representational contemporary fine art in a range of mediums, including oil, egg tempera, watercolor, pastels, acrylic, photography, etchings, sculpture and limited edition prints. The gallery maintains an impressive roster of award-winning artists from around the United States, many of whom have been displaying their work there for many years. Owner Roy Thurston is especially proud of the relaxed atmosphere that pervades this light, open gallery, which has rooms on two floors. The Blue Heron’s welcoming ambiance is important to Roy, who feels art should be accessible, not intimidating. The Blue Heron Gallery hosts artists’ receptions on Saturdays in July and August, offering new art and an opportunity to meet the artists.

CELESTE FINE ARTS GALLERY (formerly Langlois Studio Gallery)
The gallery is a unique combination of working studio and gallery of fine art. Artist/Owner Celeste Woodes-Koper creates and showcases her impressionist pastels and oil paintings depicting many local landscapes, flower gardens and still life. The gallery also features framed prints of her original artwork. Ms. Woodes-Koper’s paintings have been displayed on popular television shows such as “All My Children,” As The World Turns” and “General Hospital”. Her artwork is collected both nationally and internationally. Ms. Woodes-Koper presently divides her time between Cape Cod and Florida.
Cottontail Art Gallery is the first art gallery coming into Wellfleet. Co-owned by Blossom Newman and Al Menard. It is unique in that artist/owner Blossom paints not only in Monet style landscapes of Cape Cod, but figurative sculpture, watercolors, oils, monotype, abstracts, white-lined wood block prints, polaroid transfers, handpainted tiles, and represents other award-winning local artists, as Georgia Coxe and Al Menard photography. Costume and handcrafted jewelry complement this creative gallery. Paintings are alson on view at restaurants, Van Rensselaer, Falcone’s, Bookstore, and Cape Cod Reality, all in Wellfleet, and also Provincetown Art Association.

FRONT PORCH GALLERY
Owner/woodworker Gerry Pouliot and owner/artist Susan Siegel display original artwork including finely crafted wooden furniture and objects, pastel paintings, acrylics, watercolors, and fabric arts, as well as pottery and blown glass. All work is exhibited on the front porch of their historic home in downtown Wellfleet.
Located at the intersection of Main and East Commercial Street facing the “Welcome to Wellfleet” flower boat. Oil paintings and folk art created on premises by artists/owner Nancy Nicol. My tenth season in Wellfleet.
Located on the corner of Main and School St., a short walk from the center of town, toward the Congregational Church. A bright open space, featuring original oil paintings of local landscapes, botanicals and other impressions by Maria E. Lopata. The gallery also specializes in hand-made lace products, in a variety of techniques, sizes and color.
GOLDEN COD GALLERY
Experience the rustic charm of the Golden Cod Gallery, Wellfleet’s oldest art gallery, established in 1953. Featuring each year new watercolors, sculpture and original etchings by Jack Coughlin, the expressionist paintings of Cape Cod and the Caribbean by Joan Hopkins and ceramic work by Jon and Molly Baring-Gould.

HERRING RIVER GALLERY
Off season by appointment or chance. A small, intimate gallery featuring oil paintings by owner/artist Robert Hammerquist. Primarily landscapes and images of Italy, including Sardinia and Sicily, Sweden, Cape Cod, Maine, Canadian Maritimes and various areas in the U.S., representational and otherwise, whimsy oddities. THE GARAGE GALLERY
Photography. Located only five minutes from downtown Wellfleet, this converted garage is home to a collection of nature photography by its owner Janis Ekman. Her photos “unveil the bountiful secrets of nature exactly as they are before the march of times mars their perfect beauty” (Provincetown Banner 8/30/07). Directions: From downtown Wellfleet: take Main St. east to Rt. 6, go right. Go left onto Cahoon Hollow Road by PJ’s Family Restaurant. Continue 1/2 mile to Old King’s Highway. Bear right. THE FRYING PAN GALLERY
In Wellfleet, is the town’s newest gallery space. Situated overlooking Wellfleet harbor, the gallery was created by contributing steel sculpture Steve Swain in one of the last remaining authentic oyster shack buildings on the waterfront.
The Works Gallery refurbished from The Works Garage provides an expansive and unique viewing space. The Works features group and individual shows with local and nationally recognized artists including Rick Fox, Jim Murphy, Kevin Kearns, Paul Suggs, Nancy Nicol, Patricia Cousins, and others.
